Every order ships from our Sydney warehouse and is dispatched within 2 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way. All prices are in Australian dollars.

International
We ship worldwide, including New Zealand, the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, the Gulf and Asia. The PH Ring Pro is dual voltage, so it works wherever you are.
- International Standard — $20.00 AUD (9–21 business days)
- International Express — $49.95 AUD (4–6 business days)
International orders may attract local duties or taxes on arrival; these are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns — The 30-Day Smooth-Hair Promise
Try the PH Ring Pro on your own hair for 30 days. If it doesn't give you the sleek, shiny, frizz-free finish you were after, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.
One claim per customer. Nothing else you need to do — just email us and we'll look after you.
18-Month Warranty
Every PH Ring Pro is covered by an 18-month Australian warranty against manufacturing defects — longer than the 12 months offered by the big-name brands. If your brush develops a fault within 18 months of delivery, email us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Under Australian Consumer Law you're always protected for faulty goods, on top of this warranty.
