When will you ship the order?
Please allow 1-2 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out. 

What is your estimated shipping time?
US orders will be shipped via USPS & FedEx, Australian orders will be shipped via AUS Post, and International Orders will be shipped depending on the fulfillment center the product is from.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: 1-2 business days (estimate) within Australia and 7-20 business days (estimate) to other locations outside Australia such as United Kingdom, Canada and United States.

There are occasions that are uncontrollable like natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be occurrences and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

 

What's my tracking number?
We provide tracking for every order. The tracking number will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source the highest quality yet affordable products.

 

When you receive your tracking number, don't hesitate to contact us if you need help tracking your order. 


What if I didn't receive my order?
We usually deliver in less than 7 business days, but due to some occurrences that are out of control, shipping may take up to 21 business days. If shipping takes more than 30 days, we will refund your full amount, and you can also keep the item as a gift.
